These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of www.crēation™.sa and any related services, content, or applications made available by crēation™ — operated through crēation™'s affiliated entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt (together, "crēation™," "we," "us," or "our") — and constitute a binding agreement between you and the applicable crēation™ entity described in Section 2 below.
By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the site.
crēation™ operates through two affiliated but separately registered legal entities:
crēation™ (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia): crēation™ EST., based at Roshn Business Front, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
crēation™ (Egypt): crēation™ LLC., based at 3 Waheeb Doos, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt.
References in these Terms to "crēation™," "we," "us," or "our" refer to both entities collectively, unless a provision expressly applies to one entity only (as in Section 13, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution).
crēation™ may revise these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any change, your sole remedy is to stop using the site.
All content on the site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, software, layouts, and design work (collectively, the "Content") — together with the crēation™ name, logo, and related marks (the "Marks"), are owned by or licensed to crēation™'s KSA and Egypt entities and are protected under the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and applicable international treaties.
No part of the Content or the Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from the applicable crēation™ entity.
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the crēation™ KSA and crēation™ Egypt entities collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the site, you consent to the practices described in that policy.
You agree not to use the site to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Arab Republic of Egypt, or your own jurisdiction; (b) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of crēation™ or any third party; (c) transmit any harmful, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material; (d) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site or its servers; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or any systems connected to it. crēation™ reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, against anyone who violates this section.
The site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by crēation™. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
crēation™ is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website, and assumes no liability for any products, services, or content offered through such linked sites.

The site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the applicable crēation™ entity and its officers, employees, directors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the site; (b) any content or information you submit; or (c) your violation of these Terms. crēation™ reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any such matter, in which case you agree to cooperate with that defense.
crēation™ shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, governmental action, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or other similar events.
crēation™ may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, if it believes you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that is unlawful or harmful to crēation™ or others. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8, 9, and 10) shall survive.

If you are contracting with crēation™ (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia): these Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, failing resolution within thirty (30) days, submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If you are contracting with crēation™ (Egypt): these Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, failing resolution within thirty (30) days, submitted to the competent courts of Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Where it is not clear which entity applies to your relationship with crēation™, please contact us before initiating any dispute so this can be confirmed.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. crēation™'s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the applicable crēation™ entity regarding the site.
